Many a time, we overlook students. We are accustomed to our traditional way of teaching and learning scenario and the same trend is in the full swing, these days. We were spoon fed by the teachers of those bygone time and that instinct is deeply rooted and act as the super structure for this generation.Yet, I have the clear conscience that I don't want them to recycle the system that we endeavored in the past years. I took this very decision base on the bench marks: discover new things, enhance creativity, work cooperatively, develop the nature of appreciating others and lead their life independently.
According to psychologist, children are the little scientist. They discover new things, everyday along with the journey of their life. Yet, we simply don't recognize those discoveries. In the school children are so energetic and so much interested to learn. However, teacher are being less bothered. Teachers always planned their own lesson and insist the students to be in their territory.
